We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Norway desk. The successful candidate will be instrumental in headhunting elite software developers, data engineers, and cyber security experts, with a keen focus on niche areas such as blockchain and Rust development.

Key Responsibilities: 

Execute targeted headhunting strategies to source high-caliber candidates within the software development and cyber security domains.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technology landscape in Norway, with an emphasis on current and emerging trends.

Build and nurture new client relationships, ensuring a robust pipeline of engagements and opportunities.

Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients, upholding iFindTech's reputation for excellence.

Collaborate with international teams to align recruitment strategies with broader company objectives.

Must Haves: 

Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in the technology sector.

Expertise in headhunting and sourcing candidates for specialized roles in software development and cyber security (both contract and perm)

Strong business development skills, with the ability to forge new client relationships and expand our market presence.

Must be highly motivated, with a relentless drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

A competitive basic salary between £21,000 - £37,000 depending on experience

Rewarding commission structure which has no cap or minimum threshold up to 30% on all revenue - dependent on position.
