As a Senior Developer, you'll lead the development of our secure messaging product. You’ll drive the creation of new features, ensure top-notch security and usability, and help shape our secure collaboration platform’s future.

Must Haves: 

Must be Swedish speaking 

Proven experience as a Senior Developer with a focus on building secure applications (both on-premises and cloud-based)

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Agile methodologies

Strong background in developing secure services and understanding of encryption, authentication, and secure communication principles

Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking about architecture and design

Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

A passion for creating secure, user-friendly software

Nice to Haves: 

Experience with secure collaboration tools and platforms

Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and their implications for secure communication

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
