As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will lead and guide a team of developers in creating and maintaining both SaaS and on-premise solutions. Must Haves: 

Extensive experience as a Fullstack Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS and on-premise products

Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and SQL

Experience leading and mentoring development teams, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

Deep understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and scalable system design

Solid experience with platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, as well as on-premise environments

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate architecture and design

Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
