We're a fast-growing tech company focused on developing innovative solutions for the shipping industry. With a dynamic team, we're expanding our backend team to help drive the ambitious feature development and analytics of our product. We're looking to hire both mid-level and senior backend developers to support this growth.

Must Haves

At least 2 years of experience working on cloud-based software (Azure experience preferred)

Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub, ArgoCD)

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with Go programming or the ability to learn it quickly

Strong desire to learn and improve

For senior roles: 5+ years of relevant experience, with leadership skills

Familiarity with backend services in Go and working with web applications (React)

Nice to Haves

Experience with mobile app development (React Native)

Familiarity with real-time data analytics and complex software challenges (Azure Databricks)

Experience with scrum methodologies
