Must haves:

3+ years of software development experience with Scala or Java.

Experience with distributed systems, architecture, and patterns.

Familiarity with non-relational databases.

Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Good English communication skills.

Nice to haves:

Experience with Scala, reactive systems, or Go language.

Knowledge of backend frameworks like Play or similar tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Cassandra, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Understanding of modern system design and performance optimization.
