Must-Haves:

3-5 years of professional experience as a front-end developer.

Strong expertise in React and JavaScript, including state management with Redux.

Familiarity with REST API integration, version control (GIT), and Azure DevOps.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices.

Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Fluent communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian and English.

UI design experience and the ability to deploy and manage applications on Azure platforms.

Skills in automated testing, code review, and maintaining high code quality.

Responsible, independent, and organized with strong problem-solving skills.

Effective collaboration with back-end developers and technical teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience with MaterialUI (MUI), agGrid, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, SignalR, and GraphQL.

Knowledge of UI/UX design tools, like Figma, and modern authentication frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Understanding of CI/CD processes and Azure cloud architecture.

A curious and analytical mindset, with a strong interest in IT, cloud technology, and IoT.

Ability to maintain a positive, collaborative work dynamic, contributing to a supportive team culture.
