Must haves:

Lead the resolution of technical challenges in the distribution domain.

Redesign and modernize legacy systems in alignment with the technical roadmap.

Actively participate in cross-team collaboration using pair/mob programming to share knowledge.

Improve legacy code by implementing scalable architectures, such as microservices or modular monoliths.

Develop solutions that seamlessly integrate with other systems, including ERP platforms.

Automation-first mindset, applying automation to development, CI/CD pipelines, and problem-solving.

Strong expertise in Java.

Experience or willingness to engage in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
