We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with a passion for backend development and modern software engineering practices. In this role, you’ll tackle complex challenges in the distribution domain, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in modernizing legacy systems, designing scalable architectures, and driving innovation in a culture of continuous improvement.

Must Have: 

Lead in addressing and resolving technical issues in the distribution domain

Redesign and modernize legacy systems to align with our technical roadmap

Contribute actively to cross-team efforts through pair/mob programming, building shared knowledge

Enhance legacy code, implementing scalable architectures such as microservices or modular monoliths

Develop solutions that integrate smoothly with other systems, including ERP platforms

Automation-first mindset; apply automation to development, CI/CD pipelines, and complex problem-solving to drive efficiency

Expertise in Java

Experience or motivation to practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming
