We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our data team and help shape the future of retail through innovative data solutions. In this role, you’ll create scalable analytics workflows, maintain key dashboards, and solve complex analytical problems. You’ll have a direct impact by building data products that influence business decisions, enhance customer experiences, and provide critical product insights.

Must Haves:

Proficiency in SQL and experience with transformation tools like Dataform or dbt.

Proven ability to build and maintain analytics tables to ensure data is accessible and actionable.

Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as ThoughtSpot or Looker to deliver meaningful insights.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Product, and Customer Success Management (CSM).

Expertise in solving complex analytical challenges and creating scalable data solutions, such as attribution modeling.

Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to diverse audiences.

A proven track record in analytics engineering, data warehousing, or a similar role.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with Python or similar programming languages, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Knowledge of event-driven architectures and e-commerce or streaming data environments.

Experience with GCP tools such as BigQuery or Dataflow.

Familiarity with attribution modeling and advanced analytical techniques.

A passion for driving data quality and availability improvements to enable data-driven decisions.

An interest in building and optimizing customer-facing data products that impact user experience and success.
