We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in advancing our global business payments solution. You’ll be part of an empowered product team that includes a UX Designer, Tech Lead, Test Lead, software engineers, and, of course, you as the Product Manager. Collaboration extends beyond the team as you’ll also work closely with other team members across the organization to achieve our commercial and strategic product objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their businesses, and the industry to anticipate their needs effectively

Balance user and business priorities to shape the product vision, define the roadmap, and guide product iterations for your team's focus area

Maintain the reliability of our payments product. Payments are mission-critical for our customers, and when issues arise, you’ll take the lead—coordinating with engineers, stakeholders, leadership, and customer-facing teams to resolve problems swiftly and efficiently

Collaborate with Product Engineering leadership and key stakeholders to craft short- and mid-term strategies that align with our product vision and drive progress toward company goals

Key Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management within a software company, including a minimum of 2 years working on a payments product at a SaaS company

Must have experience around acquiring different payments, particularly card payments. As well as strong experience of working alongside different PSPs

Exceptional stakeholder management abilities. You excel at understanding both business and customer needs, building high-trust relationships across the organization, and navigating challenging conversations about competing priorities to find win-win solutions

Familiarity with the compliance, legal aspects and major card schemes

Fluency in English
