Our platform is the foundation of our product, ensuring seamless performance for over 8,000 users. The team is responsible for continuous data retrieval, storage, transformation, and exposure to the rest of the product. We are evolving our technology and are looking for an experienced engineer who can contribute to the growth of our platform. Must Haves: 

6-10+ years of experience with systems programming languages such as Rust, C/C++, Go, or Java/Scala

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and operations (AWS or GCP preferred)

Experience building distributed multi-tenant systems, addressing scalability, data synchronization, fault tolerance, and inter-service communication

Strong background in system architecture and modeling, with experience making architectural decisions and trade-offs

Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative workflows

Experience working on platforms/services requiring high reliability and scalability

Good understanding of security best practices for building safe services

Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency

Nice to Have:

Experience with Rust or a strong interest in learning it

Familiarity with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with Amazon Cloud Development Kit (CDK)

Knowledge of data engineering and data pipelines

Experience working with Apache Arrow and Parquet
