Must Have

Master's degree in IT, technology, or a related field (relevant experience may compensate)

Minimum five years of experience developing with JVM-based languages and JavaScript frameworks

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and environments including Java, Spring, Angular, PostgreSQL, Redis, GitHub Actions, Azure Functions, Docker, Terraform, Azure Container Apps, KEDA, and Dapr

Strong understanding of agile development methodology and multi-vendor environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least one Nordic language and English

Strong interest in coding, system modernization, and architectural best practices

Proactive, structured, and self-driven mindset with good analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience coaching and mentoring development teams

Familiarity with backlog management and assisting product owners

Ability to work effectively across large organizations with varied daily tasks
