We’re now looking for a native or fluent Norwegian-speaking Fullstack Developer who’s passionate about building scalable, user-focused digital services across both product and platform.

Must Haves: 

Java backend development (strongly preferred) 

API development experience (strongly preferred) 

React frontend experience 

Web application development 

Relational database knowledge 

Native and fluent Norwegian speaker 

Strong communicator, team-orientated mindset 

Willingness to work onsite 3-4 days per week in Oslo 

Nice to Haves: 

Experience with Azure or Kubernetes 

CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation 

Interest in software security 

Architectural thinking and focus on software quality and scalability
