We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Fullstack or Fullstack .NET Developer to join a consultancy-driven team in Oslo. This is a client-facing role where you will work on complex and varied projects across industries. You must have a minimum of 6 years' development experience, speak fluent Norwegian, and bring a proven background in consultancy environments.

Must Haves

6+ years of hands-on experience in either Java or Fullstack .NET

Fluent Norwegian (written and verbal)

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Solid experience in a consultancy or client-facing role

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in teams

Familiarity with modern development practices, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies

Nice to Haves

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor

Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP

Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Previous experience in delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients

Interest in mentoring junior developers or leading small teams
