This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise clients, guiding them through cloud adoption, governance, and long-term optimisation. You'll work hands-on across a modern technology stack, supporting complex projects and delivering impact where it matters most.

Must Haves:

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (e.g. SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Endpoint Manager)

Proven ability to lead technical design and implementation of workplace solutions

Practical experience with cloud architecture, governance, and migration strategies

Strong generalist knowledge across IT infrastructure and networks

Clear, structured working style with strong communication skills

Fluent in German (native or near-native), with good English and French (B2+)

Willingness to occasionally travel for client work

Comfortable in client-facing roles, proactive and team-oriented

Nice to Haves:

Formal education in IT (e.g. EFZ, HF, or equivalent); Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Experience supporting pre-sales activities, creating roadmaps, and writing solution documentation

Background in managed services or 3rd-level support environments

Familiarity with internal standards development and process documentation

Availability for occasional after-hours maintenance work

Certification in Microsoft 365 or Azure technologies (or desire to pursue them)
