Must Haves

Fluency in Python, Go, Rust, or another backend language, with strong API design skills

Solid experience in database modeling and working with cloud platforms (we use AWS, but any cloud experience is valuable)

Hands-on mentality with strong self-leadership: you ship, learn, and iterate quickly

Background in building and maintaining production systems (startup or high-growth experience is a plus)

Strong communication and team collaboration skills, bringing positive energy to the group

Nice to Haves:

Passion for music, audio tech, or creative tools

Experience contributing to backend architecture and technical strategy in scaling systems

Familiarity with our stack: Python/FastAPI, Flutter, Angular, AWS, Postgres
