Must haves:

Fluency in Python with strong API design skills (other backend language could be fine if you are a fast learner)

Solid experience in database modelling and cloud platforms (AWS or similar)

Hands-on mentality with strong self-leadership—you ship, learn, and iterate quickly

Experience building and maintaining production systems (startup or high-growth background a plus)

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with positive team energy

Nice to haves:

Passion for creative technology, audio, streaming, or interactive tools

Experience contributing to backend architecture and scaling strategies

Familiarity with our stack: Python/FastAPI, AWS, Postgres
