Must haves:

Strong experience with Java and modern backend development

Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and clean code

Experience with payments, subscriptions, and authentication systems

Proactive mindset with a drive to improve technology and processes

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Experience or interest in CI/CD and infrastructure

Exposure to modern frontend technologies
