We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team working on large-scale digital solutions for a diverse set of clients across private and public sectors. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project leads, architects, designers and developers, and have the opportunity to take a strategic role - helping shape architecture, provide business-oriented development, and drive innovation in a dynamic .NET environment. 

Must Haves:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a developer, architect or tech lead working with .NET (C#) - in backend, frontend or full-stack projects

Solid competence in databases, agile software development methodologies and cloud solutions

Strong ability to view and articulate the “big picture” in complex settings, and translate that into clear, actionable solutions for both team members and clients

Proficiency in Norwegian (min. B2 level) in both spoken and written communication

Nice to haves:

Experience in or ability to obtain security clearance - beneficial for certain customer engagements

Familiarity or interest in design-patterns, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and other modern tooling

Strong curiosity, a desire to share expertise and to contribute to team knowledge-growth and conceptual development
