We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong technical background to help lead and grow a cross functional engineering team building secure, scalable financial technology. This role blends people leadership, technical direction and delivery ownership - ensuring strong architecture, high quality execution and a healthy, collaborative engineering culture.

Must Haves

Previous experience as a software developer

3+ years in engineering leadership or tech lead roles

Strong understanding of backend, frontend and modern cloud architectures

Ability to guide technical decisions and constructively challenge solutions

Proven delivery leadership with a focus on predictability, quality and momentum

Comfortable switching between strategy, technical conversations and hands on leadership

Passion for developing engineers and building meaningful products

Nice to Haves

Experience supporting long term technical roadmaps

Background leading platform upgrades, migrations or modernisation work

Familiarity with engineering best practices such as testing, documentation and CI, CD

Experience working with security teams, incident management or improving reliability

Exposure to financial technology, regulated environments or high scale systems
