Must haves:

2+ years of experience as a Developer or DevOps / Platform Engineer

Strong interest in cloud-native platforms and developer experience

Experience working with cloud infrastructure and containerised environments

Familiarity with infrastructure as code principles

Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional engineering teams

Enjoys solving problems for other engineers and improving developer workflows

Values both speed and quality in engineering decisions

Nice to haves:

Experience with Kubernetes and managed cloud services

Exposure to Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms

Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools

Familiarity with languages such as Java, Python, or Go

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern version control workflows

Interest in data platforms, analytics tooling, or platform observability

Curiosity around AI tooling and how it can support developer productivity
