A fast-growing, profitable technology company in Oslo is building data-driven platforms that support large-scale business operations through automation and modern digital solutions. The business is growing by around 30 percent year on year and continues to invest heavily in its data capabilities to support this growth. This role is ideal for an experienced Data Engineer who wants to work close to the product and have real influence over how data is used across the organisation.

You will work hands-on with building and maintaining data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and product development. Working within a modern Azure-based data stack, you will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Must haves:

7 plus years of experience as a Data Engineer

Strong experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines

Hands-on experience with Databricks

Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL

Solid understanding of data modelling and data quality principles

Comfortable working with business-critical data in production

Good understanding of Norwegian, written and spoken

Nice to haves:

Experience in complex or data-heavy environments

Broader experience across the Azure ecosystem

Experience working closely with product or analytics teams

Interest in automation, scalability, and data platform optimisation
