Must haves:

4 plus years of experience as a Software Engineer

Strong experience with Java and or Kotlin

Experience building backend services and APIs

Good understanding of modern software development practices

Comfortable working in collaborative, team-based environments

Norwegian language skills at minimum B2 level, written and spoken

Nice to haves:

Previous experience in a consultancy or customer-facing role

Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices

Familiarity with microservices or distributed systems

Interest in architecture, code quality, and best practices

Enjoys working across different projects and domains
