We’re looking for a product designer to take full ownership of the UX and design foundation for a data intensive B2B platform used daily by commercial professionals to search, analyse, and make high value decisions. As the first dedicated design hire, you’ll build the design system from scratch and shape how complex workflows, maps, and analytics come together in one powerful user experience.

Must Haves:

3+ years product design experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS (not consumer or marketing design)

Proven experience building and maintaining a design system from scratch or at scale

Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, design tokens)

Experience designing data heavy interfaces such as dashboards, analytics tools, or complex workflows

Ability to plan, run, and synthesise user research independently (interviews, usability testing)

Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints

Fluent Norwegian, due to customer facing work and local domain requirements

Able to work independently and set design direction as the first design hire

Nice to Haves:

Experience designing map based or GIS heavy interfaces

Background in PropTech, fintech, or other complex data driven industries

Ability to prototype interactions in code (React, HTML/CSS, Framer)

Strong data visualisation design expertise (charts, trends, decision making tools)

Accessibility knowledge (WCAG standards)

Experience with design operations and scaling design practices in growing teams
