We’re hiring a Product Designer for a rare opportunity to shape one of the most powerful enterprise platforms in the market, turning complex systems around data, automation, AI, and collaboration into experiences that users genuinely understand, trust, and love to use. This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity and wants real ownership over foundational product design at scale.

Must Haves:

Strong product design experience within B2B or enterprise software

Ability to think in systems, workflows, and interaction patterns, not just individual screens

Proven skill in simplifying complex, data-heavy experiences without oversimplifying

Excellent UI craft, able to design clear, information-dense interfaces that scale

Deep collaboration skills with engineers and product leaders from discovery through delivery

Experience contributing to or evolving design systems, reusable components, and core UX patterns

Product mindset focused on outcomes, adoption, and long-term usability

Confidence taking ownership and driving design direction, not just executing tasks

Nice to Haves:

Experience designing platforms involving automation, permissions, AI, or configurable workflows

Background in technical, data-heavy, or operator-focused products

Strong understanding of enterprise user needs, onboarding, and adoption challenges

Experience working on complex horizontal platforms rather than single-purpose tools

Familiarity with designing for scale across multiple customer segments and use cases

Interest in shaping how AI and automation actually work for humans in real environments

On site role, however exceptional candidates based outside Sweden may also be considered. A strong B2B SaaS background is essential.
