Senior Fullstack Developer (Product Focused | High Ownership)

Must haves

Strong experience building and shipping products across the stack

Solid backend experience, ideally with Python and modern web frameworks

Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React

Ability to take ownership of features end to end, from idea to production

Experience working with scalable systems and real user facing applications

Strong focus on writing maintainable, high quality, well tested code

Comfortable working in a product driven environment with close user collaboration

Solid understanding of databases, ideally PostgreSQL

Experience with modern development practices including CI, testing, and continuous deployment

Nice to haves

Experience with mobile development, React Native, iOS or Android

Exposure to cloud infrastructure and tools such as Terraform

Experience with TypeScript or Next.js

Background working in product companies rather than purely consultancy

Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve development workflows

Strong academic background or contributions to open source projects

Experience working in small, high autonomy engineering teams
