Join a high-performing fintech business building scalable, high-impact systems used by a growing customer base. You’ll be part of a strong engineering team focused on performance, reliability, and clean architecture, working on core backend services that power critical financial products.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle, from design through to production, in a modern, collaborative environment.

Must Haves:

7+ years of software engineering experience

Strong commercial experience with Golang

Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs

Solid understanding of microservices architecture

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

Experience working in agile, product-driven teams

Nice to Haves:

Experience within fintech, payments, or financial systems

Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)

Exposure to containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Focus on performance optimisation and system reliability

Location: Stockholm (3 days per week in office)
