Service Delivery Manager

A fast growing UK cybersecurity business is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of service delivery across a key client account. This is a client facing role focused on ensuring high quality delivery, maintaining strong relationships, and driving continuous improvement across managed security services. You will work closely with SOC, engineering, and support teams in a technically complex environment.
This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the London office.
Must have
3+ years’ experience in IT or managed service delivery
Proven experience managing SLAs and KPIs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate cross functional teams
ITIL Foundation and experience with ITSM tools
Comfortable working in a fast paced, client facing environment
Eligibility for SC clearance
Nice to have
Experience within cybersecurity or managed security services
Exposure to SOC environments, SIEM/XDR, or incident response
Experience in a dedicated client or account focused role
