We are looking for a Product Designer / UX Designer to help shape and elevate the user experience across a modern digital banking platform and customer facing portals. This role will focus on creating intuitive, visually polished, and user centric experiences across web based products, working closely with both product and engineering teams. You will be involved across the full design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing through to high fidelity UI design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.

Must Haves

Strong UX foundation with the ability to translate user needs into clear and effective design solutions

Excellent visual design skills including typography, colour, layout, spacing, and micro interactions

Experience creating pixel perfect, responsive user interfaces

Strong experience with Figma or similar design tools, including prototyping and developer handoffs

Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries

Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG best practices

Understanding of user journeys and user centred design principles

Awareness of how AI can support and improve the design process

Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and developers throughout delivery

Nice to Haves

Basic frontend understanding across HTML, CSS, React, Blazor or similar technologies

Previous experience within startup or scale up environments

Experience within regulated industries such as fintech or banking, particularly around KYC or consent flows

Experience using user testing and analytics tools such as Hotjar, Maze, or Amplitude

Motion design or animation experience
