We are looking for a Product Manager who puts customers at the centre of every decision and enjoys solving meaningful problems through simple, impactful products. This person will own a product area from discovery through delivery, working closely with customers, design, engineering and wider stakeholders to create intuitive, high-quality experiences that balance customer value, business goals and technical considerations.
Must haves
3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of a product area or feature set.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate insights into product decisions.
Experience owning and prioritising a product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and make steady progress.
Strong product sense, with a focus on usability and customer experience.
Experience using data, customer feedback and experimentation to improve products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders across the business.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering and commercial teams.
Nice to haves
Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace products or workflow-intensive software environments.
Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
Experience exploring practical ways AI can improve products or internal ways of working.
Comfortable balancing customer value, business goals and technical considerations when prioritising work.
