Get to Know Lucy!

Meet Lucy, our brilliant Operations Manager and truly the heart of our business ❤️. Lucy has been with us for nearly five years and is very much the glue that holds everything together. Her strong background in operations makes her our go-to for almost everything – and she somehow manages it all with a constant smile on her face 😊.

Outside of work, Lucy loves spending time with her family and friends 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, especially her niece and nephew – whether that’s days out, fun trips, or just spending quality time together. She’s a big fan of festivals 🎪 and holidays ✈️, always making the most of her downtime.

At home, Lucy dotes on her French Bulldog, Rizzo 🐶, who is very much treated like her own child (and rightly so!). She loves a snack – though she’s usually more interested in "sampling" everyone else’s 😉 and makes the perfect cuppa! ☕
